The Society provides many opportunities for volunteer participation and is an activity open to any person. There are opportunities available both during and after business hours. Many volunteering positions are ongoing but there are also short-term opportunities available.
Society members are passionate about helping those in need in their local community and work together in groups known as ‘Conferences’ that are usually attached to parishes, schools, universities, social groups, workplaces or groups of individuals from the local area.
Many opportunities exist to volunteer in our Vinnies Centres and Depots. Even a few hours of your time a week can make a huge difference to the operation of this core work of the St Vincent de Paul Society.
A corporate partnership with Vinnies Queensland highlights your organisations compassion in supporting the wider community and giving back to Australians facing hardship.
Vinnies seeks to engage all partners in long-term, strategic and importantly mutually beneficial relationships. Contact the fundraising team on 07 3010 1000 or qld.donations@svdpqld.org.au
